Sonia Delaunay meets Milly

I have a cold today and am feeling ridiculously under the weather! Rather than sit, moan and wonder how the heck the human body can produce such a large amount of snot in such a short period of time, gross I know, I've decided to look on the bright side of life, or the runway!
Painter, Sonia Delaunays famous prints in the 1920's containing abstract patterns, Modern shapes and vibrant colours have inspired many designers throughout the decades.

A modern variation of these being the Milly Spring 2012 collection.

Bold patterns, Geometric prints and 'Pop art' colours were incorporated into the collection along with clean silhouettes, button down shirts and cigarette pants. The simple cuts and lack of decoration were complimented by the vibrant color palette and abstract prints.
The runways background was even covered in canvas featuring rectangular shapes in Red, Blue, Green and brown. I love, love, love this collection! What do you ladies think of it?

What do you think of this collection? Had Milly done Delaunays prints justice?
Which outfit is your favourite?
